Internal Marketing & Events Specialist - Prague

If yes, join our Shared Services Center team and support us in the area of internal marketing!
You will be especially responsible for:
- creating comprehensive and catchy messaging for employees on current topics
- contributing to internal marketing channels that your colleagues use regularly, including emails, monthly newsletter or TV screens
- driving engagement initiatives and organizing events in our Prague office
- coordinating content in our Yammer community
- liase with social media team on social media campaign and their measurement
- supporting our management team with PPT presentations, templates, simple graphics, photo & video editing if possible
- providing regular reporting on the external (incl. media monitoring) and internal metric
- cooperate with internal stakeholders across organization and provide timely responses to communications requests
You should:
- possess at least 2 years of experience in the areas of communications, marketing or PR (ideally in corporate or multicultural environment)
- have experience working within the shared services industry
- have excellent Czech and very good English language knowledge for daily verbal and written communication
- possess knowledge of photo and video editing software
- be a good communicator, both in written and verbal form
- social intelligence and common sense are must
- be creative and keep positive mindset
- be a team player with a high level of responsibility
