Digital partner manager

For our own digital transformation in doing online sales, we are looking for Digital partner manager with knowledge in online sales and IT as well as experience in the classic distribution channel and a sense of understanding the needs of our distributors.

What will be your main responsibilities?

  • In your new role, you will be part of the Headquarter Digital Industry/Motion Control partner management team to ensure the systematic growth of the distribution sales channel for Drives
  • You will focus on activities for digital marketing such as online tools for partners, online campaigns and digital data
  • You will support your regional colleagues in creating business models for the online channel and develop go-to-market plans that include both the classic and the online sales approach
  • Together with colleagues in the central department, you develop and implement regional-specific strategies for distribution business
  • You analyze the results of online activities and buying behavior and derive necessary actions to increase awareness and sales of drive products
  • In addition, you will work together with adjoining departments and convince decision-makers of our goals

You shall have:

  • university degree in business administration, engineering or a similar field
  • professional experience in e-commerce and the increase of traffic on websites
  • experience with contributing to the achievement of sales goals
  • know how to present offers with all the possibilities of social media
  • presentation skills
  • ability to work in a team with colleagues from other countries
  • business-fluent English, spoken and written
