Senior Controlling professional with ENG&GER Prague/Ostrava

In this role you’ll join the Controlling team of SIEMENS Headquarters and be a part of Siemens Global Business Services, the biggest business services provider in CZ.

What will you do:

  • take responsibility for Controlling of several sales Cost Centers in Siemens Headquarters, and getting deep understanding on the value flows, KPIs and business targets within the area
  • regular Forecast update and annual Budget planning for those cost centers
  • detailed analysis on the performance, variances analysis including commentary on it
  • monthly, quarterly and annual closing process within your area of responsibility
  • optimization, automation and digitalization of existing controlling processes
  • support respective Business Unit management in terms of finance reporting, analysis and decision making
  • support central and cross-regional special projects, especially regarding automation, reporting applications/dashes, and similar activities

Your profile:

  • extensive finance/controlling experience over 5 years
  • sales related controlling background – beneficial
  • you see yourself not purely withing given frames, but eager to proactively participate in new process design and tools’ concepts
  • you are smart and able to understand and analyze complex business environment, ensuring efficient communication
  • you are confident with MS Excel advanced functions
  • SAP experience is very appreciated
