Project controlling specialist

What will be your main responsibilities?

  • Support offer process for project business in collaboration with all regional entities in the world (including documentation of the corresponding results)
  • Issue Siemens internal PATAC-requests (legal and tax check for project execution) and ensure tax und legal clarifications of services abroad
  • Maintain purchase database for HQ project calculations together with strategic purchasing
  • Project controlling/commercial project coordination and execution as deputy
  • Ad hoc controlling and reporting (regarding the projects /offers)
  • Standard reporting & controlling activities for Cranes HQ

Your qualification

  • University degree in International Business Administration or International Law
  • Experience in Project business (Offer and / or Order Process) in terms of legal and commercial aspects
  • Experience in controlling and reporting
  • Good knowledge of the office applications
  • English for daily business communication
  • SAP Experience is desirable but no must
