Consultant GBS H2R drives process innovation and transformation within the H2R service line among all customers and teams

What would be your responsibilities about?

  • As a Consultant for H2R you are responsible for driving process setup and adjustments within the H2R business line
  • You will be partner for Service Delivery Managers in different locations in CZ and SK
  • You’re connecting dots from different teams from different delivery centers and regions. Based on internal and customer feedback you’ll design new and improve current processes
  • You are collaborating with colleagues from different delivery center locations for benchmarking
  • You are involved in projects for process optimization in the CEE region with colleagues in the countries
  • You are responsible for the detailed analysis and evaluation of existing processes and IT landscape, proactive customer / business partner consulting and shared service centers to standardize, harmonize, automate and improve / optimize service, quality and cost.
  • You present the project status / results in the relevant committees (internal and external) and take over the preparation of the necessary documentation.
  • Acting as a kind of Shared Services channel to provide additional services and new business opportunities is also part of your new role.

What the H2R consultant should look like?

  • You have successfully completed your studies in HR, economics, law or a comparable subject area.
  • You have already gained experience in shared service environment and have basic knowledge of project management
  • Next to Czech you have negotiable English skills, German as a big advantage.
