Future of Work Delivery Team Leader

Global Business Services is an internal service provider for Siemens worldwide. We are looking for a Future of Work CZ Delivery Team Leader who will lead, coach and support the team of internal trainers and training administrators providing services in areas of lifelong learning, personal growth, skill management, new ways of working and belonging for internal GBS and internal Siemens customers.

What will you do?

  • manage a team of professional internal trainers and administrators responsible for delivery of learning activities
  • oversee day-to-day and tactical functions of the team within process and personnel related queries
  • identify learning needs, training development to keep the team up to speed with the latest customer and GBS requirements
  • collaborate with across units and hierarchies to satisfy business needs
  • collaborate on people focused initiatives and tools implementation with stakeholders across organization on local and global level
  • manage and coordinate learning offering within internal learning management system
  • drive digitalization of learning content
  • understand the learning delivery processes, identify, and implement process improvement measures – coordinate projects and/or guide people within
  • drive and support pool of operational internal trainers
  • collaborate closely with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • foster and coordinate delivery of learning by external providers

  • ability to prioritize and orchestrate diverse topics

  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • proficient English and Czech
  • passion for lifelong learning, personal growth, new ways of working and belonging
  • Microsoft Office applications knowledge
