Challenging and future-oriented

  • In this position, you define the service relevant requirements of our products in close cooperation with the product management of the DI segments and the customer service delivery units
  • You are the technical specialist for the service requirements for DI FA products and the associated service processes
  • In your new role you are responsible for the creation of product specific service concepts and the regional service delivery specifications and support the product manager of DI FA in all service relevant aspects within the PLM process
  • Based on your experience you define and formulate the future direction of service innovations and drive these towards the product management of the DI FA
  • You support in the creation of training materials and service documentation

Your qualifications and experience

  • You have a university degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
  • For the challenges of industrial digitization, you have an understanding of industrial ecosystems, as well as experience with industrial customer services 
  • You have years of relevant experience in services business as well as in depth knowledge of service delivery processes and agile working methods
  • Practical experience in agile development methodology, ideally DevOps / Continuous Integration would be desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ideally, you are familiar with the market and the portfolio of Factory Automation Services
  • In order to find your way in your international environment, you communicate confidently in spoken and written English, German knowledge would be of advantage
